Getting Started

How does the baseball scoring work?
It's simple! When a team member logs a sale or activity, the number of items they include determines the hit type:
  • 1 item = Single
  • 2 items = Double
  • 3 items = Triple
  • 4 items = Home Run
  • 5+ items = Grand Slam
Every entry triggers an animated play on the baseball field that the whole team can see in real-time.
How do I set up my team?
After signing up as a Manager, you'll be taken to Team Settings where you can:
  • Name your team
  • Set up the product lines your team will track (e.g., Auto, Home, Life for insurance)
  • Invite team members using a join code or by sending email invites
Team members sign up using your invite code and are automatically added to your team.
What are "product lines"?
Product lines are the categories of products or services your team sells. For an insurance agent, these might be Auto, Home, Life, Health, etc. When a team member logs a sale, they select which product lines were included. The more lines in a single transaction, the bigger the hit!

Using the App

How do I log a sale?
On the main dashboard, you'll see a form to log your activity:
  • Select the hit type (Single, Double, etc.) OR
  • Select which product lines were included in your sale
  • Click "Record Sale"
The animated baseball play starts immediately, and your entry is visible to the whole team.
What is the "Weekly Goal"?
Managers can set a weekly team goal (like scoring 50 runs). The progress bar on the scoreboard shows how close your team is to hitting the goal. When you reach it, everyone sees a celebration!
How do achievements work?
Achievements are earned automatically when team members hit milestones. Some examples:
  • First Hit - Log your first entry
  • Grand Slam - Hit a grand slam (5+ items in one entry)
  • Clutch Player - Complete the weekly goal
Managers can also create custom achievements for their team.
Can I see my personal stats?
Yes! Click "My Stats" in the navigation to see your personal dashboard with:
  • Your total bases earned
  • Recent plays you've logged
  • Achievements you've unlocked

For Managers

How do I invite team members?
Go to Team Settings and find your team's Join Code. Share this code with anyone you want to invite. They'll enter it during signup to automatically join your team. You can also send email invites directly from the settings page.
Can I edit or delete entries?
Yes. Go to the Activity Log from your Manager Dashboard. You can view all entries and delete any that were logged incorrectly. All edits are tracked for transparency.
How do I view team analytics?
Click "Team Analytics" from the Quick Actions on your Manager Dashboard. You'll see charts showing team performance over time, individual contributions, and goal progress.
